With Macquarie ONE there's no need to re-document when you redraw or face restrictions about the type of property you can buy or what you can invest in. What's more, properties can be substituted at any time without having to repay and re-establish the loan¹.

You decide:

• how many sub-loans you establish under your Global Borrowing Limit
• what names each sub-loan is created in
• whether to choose a variable or fixed rate for each sub-loan
• whether to pay interest only or make lump sum repayments that you can redraw
• whether to pay interest in arrears or annually in advance.
