Macquarie Real Estate is a diverse, international business with a unique blend of real estate and financial expertise across a number of locations and products. It's one of Australia's largest real estate funds management groups managing over A$36 billion (including associates) of real estate assets, globally.

Managing over 700 properties across a global portfolio of seven listed and 24 unlisted property trusts, unlisted development funds and property investment syndicates, the Macquarie Real Estate team (including associates) has over 1,500 staff located in 31 locations across 15 countries.

Macquarie Real Estate provides a range of innovative real estate-related services including: real estate fund and asset management, investment and development finance, unlisted equity raising, real estate investment banking and advisory, development and development management, real estate securitisation and research.

Products
Listed Real Estate Investment Trusts Macquarie Real Estate and its associates manage a global portfolio of listed REITs (formerly known as listed property trusts).  The REITs offer investments across a range of real estate market sectors, including retail, leisure and office.
Unlisted property funds Currently two property funds are open for investment, the Macquarie Direct Property Fund and the Macquarie Property Income Fund.
Macquarie Properties View real estate projects for sale managed or funded by Macquarie Real Estate, including house and land packages, apartments and master planned communities.
Real Estate Structured Finance Provides a range of financing solutions for real estate development businesses including acquiring, selling or refinancing real estate assets and major project and development finance.
Wholesale Real Estate Funds Macquarie Real Estate manages a series of limited life Macquarie Real Estate Equity Funds (MREEFs) targeted at development and refurbishment projects.
