Macquarie Real Estate and its associates manage a global portfolio of listed REITs (formerly known as listed property trusts). The REITs offer investments across a range of real estate market sectors, including retail, leisure and office.

Unlisted property funds

Macquarie Direct Property

Investment opportunities are also available through Macquarie Direct Property, which currently manages two managed property funds (detailed below).

• Macquarie Direct Property Fund is an open-ended unlisted property fund that invests in a growing portfolio of direct property, unlisted wholesale funds and listed property securities.
• Macquarie Property Income Fund is an unlisted, open-ended geared property securities fund that aims to provide relatively high levels of after tax income, payable quarterly, from an underlying portfolio of listed property securities.

•  Macquarie Property Securities Trust provides access to a diversified portfolio in property, giving you the potential for income and capital growth.
