About Macquarie Global Infrastructure Fund (GIF I)
GIF I¹ is an unlisted 10 year closed end fund with a focus on infrastructure investment in OECD countries.  GIF I is closed to new investors.

Objective
GIF I targets returns from a combination of cash yield earned on investments and capital gains on the realisation of investments.

Asset Overview
GIF (C) and GIF (D) were wound up on 26 June 2008.  GIF (A) and GIF (B) realised its remaining asset in July 2007.  GIF (A) and GIF (B) remain subject to certain obligations in relation to letters of credit ("LC") provided to the purchaser in relation to the Fund's investment in REEF Networks in 2005. AUD 1 million of cash has been retained to cash-back these LCs. Once these LCs expire on 30 March 2009, residual Fund cash (after Fund wind up expenses) will be distributed to investors and the Fund will be wound up.

About Macquarie Global Infrastructure Fund II (GIF II)
GIF II¹ is an unlisted 10 year closed end fund with a focus on infrastructure investment in OECD countries (except Australia), as well as Hong Kong and Singapore.  GIF II is closed to new investors.

Objective
GIF II targets assets characterised by their sustainable competitive advantage, and looks to add value to investments through active management.

Asset Overview
GIF II has realised one investment and has eight investments in infrastructure assets.

About Macquarie Global Infrastructure Fund III (GIF III)
GIF III¹ is an unlisted fund closed end with a focus on infrastructure or infrastructure-like assets in the OECD and OECD-like countries. GIF III is currently open to new investors.

Objective
GIF III aims to invest in assets that exhibit a sustainable competitive advantage over other participants in the relevant sector, add value to investments through active management and return funds to investors once investments have been divested.

GIF III has four investments in infrastructure assets.
