Simon Jones

Simon is an executive director and head of Real Estate Funds, Macquarie Capital Funds. He is responsible for overseeing the management of seven property funds, investing in over A$16 billion in global real estate. Simon is the Chairman of the management company of Macquarie Direct Property Fund and director of the management companies of Macquarie Leisure Trust and Macquarie CountryWide Trust. During his time with Macquarie, Simon has also been integrally involved with Macquarie Office Trust, acting as CEO for the Trust for 11 years and following that Chairman of the Board of the Trust’s management company for two years.

Rod Cornish

Rod is a division director and the head of Real Estate Research at Macquarie Capital Advisers. He is widely recognised in Australia as a leading property economist. Rod established the Real Estate Research division almost 11 years ago. His role involves the forecasting and presentation of future trends in the residential, office, retail and industrial property markets with a global focus. Rod is a highly quoted property source in the Australian media.

Adrian Taylor

Adrian has been part of the Macquarie Office team for over 13 years, working as the Trust's chief investment officer prior to his appointment as chief executive officer in 2006. As CEO, Adrian sets the overall strategies and objectives for the Trust in conjunction with the board and guides the portfolio management, capital transactions, marketing and trust management teams to execute the Trust's strategy.  Adrian has over 16 years experience in commercial property.

Steven Sewell

Steven has been part of the Macquarie CountryWide team for five years, joining as chief operating officer in 2003 prior to his appointment as chief executive officer in 2006.  Steven is responsible for overseeing the operations and strategy of the Trust. Steven has over 10 years experience in retail property and is deputy chairman of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia.

Luke Petherbridge

Luke has been part of the Macquarie DDR team for over a year, joining as general manager in April 2008 prior to his appointment as chief executive officer in August 2008. As CEO, Luke is responsible for the overall activities and strategy of the Trust along with its joint venture partner DDR, coordinating operations and the strategic review. Luke has over eight years experience in global financial management and real estate.

Kylie Butcher

Kylie is head of investor relations for Macquarie Real Estate Funds and is responsible for ensuring that accurate and timely information is provided to the wider investment community.  Kylie has been with Macquarie for over three years and has more than 15 years experience working in the property and finance markets, the majority of which has been in listed property.
