Confirmation of Payment of Distribution

Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group (MCG) is pleased to confirm that the interim distribution of 11.2 cents per stapled security for the 6 month period ended 31 December 2003 was paid on 12 February 2004.

Participants in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) were issued MCG securities at a price of $3.115207, calculated as the volume weighted average price for the first 5 trading days following the end of the distribution period.
