Final Distribution for Year Ending 30 June 2004

Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group (MCG) is pleased to announce the confirmation of its final distribution for the year ending 30 June 2004.

No portion of the distribution will carry imputation credits.

This brings total distributions for the full year to 30 June 2004 to 23.0 cents per security, ahead of the prospectus forecast of 22.4 cents per security.  The components of the distribution will be confirmed following the audit of the annual results.

Distribution Reinvestment Plan

A distribution reinvestment plan is in operation for this distribution.  Notice to participate in the plan must be lodged with ASX Perpetual Registrars by 30 June 2004.
