18 August 2004 Mr John Roberts, Executive Director of Macquarie Bank Limited, has been appointed as Alternate Director to Mr Nicholas Moore, on the Board of Directors for Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Management Limited. Mr Roberts replaces Mr Scott Davies who has resigned as Alternate Director to Mr Moore, effective immediately.
