2004 AGM, Proxy and Notice of Meeting

Please find enclosed the information relating to Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group’s (MCG) annual general meeting (AGM).

MCG is comprised of two entities – Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Limited (MCIL), and Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Trust (MCIT). The meeting will be the AGM of MCIL and a general meeting of MCIT.

Enclosed with this letter is the 2004 AGM notice of meeting, proxy forms and a reply paid envelope for you to return the proxy form if you would like to vote and are unable to attend the meeting in person.

Registration for the MCG meeting will commence at 11.30am.

The MCG meeting will provide an overview of MCG’s activities for the period ended 30 June 2004, as well as an update on recent developments.

We encourage you to read the notices of meeting in full and attend the meeting as it will provide you with an opportunity to meet MCG directors and executive management and to ask questions regarding your investment.

If you are unable to attend the meetings but wish to vote at the MCG meetings you should complete and return the proxy form in accordance with the instructions on the back of the proxy form. If you are uncertain about what course of action you should take regarding any information contained in the notice of meeting you should consult your professional adviser.
