Change In Independent Compliance Committee Member

Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Management Limited as responsible entity of Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Trust (MCIT) notes that effective from 1 January 2005 Allan Cowper has resigned from the compliance committee of MCIT. Mr Cowper's replacement is Fernando Esteban, an external member of the compliance committee.
