2005 Interim Report, Amended DRP Rules and Amendment to MCIT Constitution

Today Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group (MCG) released its 2005 Interim Report for the period ending 31 December 2004 and its Amended Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) Rules. Copies of these documents have been mailed to Stapled Security Holders today.

The Amended DRP Rules provide MCG with the flexibility to fulfil DRP participation by purchasing securities on market, rather than being required to allot new securities. MCG believes that these changes are in the best interests of Stapled Security Holders.

As a result of the changes to the DRP Rules, MCG has made an amendment to the Macquarie Communication Infrastructure Trust (MCIT) Constitution and a copy of that amendment was lodged with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission today.
