MCG advises that at the General Meeting of Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Limited and the Meeting of Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Trust held today, each of the resolutions in the Notices of Meeting dated 14 March 2005 were passed on a poll in accordance with relevant legal requirements.
