MCG Dividend Reinvestment Plan |

22 July 2005 Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group (MCG) advises that the pricing period for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) in respect of the final distribution payable by it will be from 22 July 2005 to 4 August 2005. Because it does not wish to raise additional capital at this time, MCG has decided that the securities to be allocated to participants under the DRP will be sourced from on-market purchases of existing securities.
