MCG Confirmation of Payment of Distribution

Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group (“MCG”) is pleased to advise that, in accordance with its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRP”) rules, the securities to be allocated under the DRP will be priced at $6.427 per security for the final distribution.

Participating security holders will be mailed a notice of their new security holding on 12 August 2005.

The DRP securities were sourced on market.
