Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group (MCG) advises that at the Annual General Meetings of Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Limited and Macquarie Communications Infrastructure (Bermuda) Limited and the General Meeting for Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Trust held today, each of the resolutions in the Notice of Meeting of September 2005 were passed on a poll in accordance with relevant legal requirments.
