Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group - Changes to the Board

As foreshadowed in the recent MCIG prospectus, Mr Nicholas Moore has resigned from the board of Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Limited.

We are pleased to announce that Mr Rod Keller has agreed to fill the vacancy resulting from Mr Moore’s resignation and has been appointed as a non-executive director of Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Limited.

Mr Keller brings extensive infrastructure management expertise to the board.  He is Chairman of the CRC for Welded Structures, a director of the National Electricity Code Administrator (NECA) and Chairman of GasNet Australia.  Other positions that he has held include CEO of GPU Powernet and GPU Gasnet, senior positions with Santos, Esso and Woodside and Project Director for the Multi Function Polis of the South Australian Government.

Mr Keller has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from The University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia.
