Change of Responsible Entity

Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Management Limited (MCIML), a wholly owned subsidiary of Macquarie Bank, has been issued with an Australian financial services licence.

As outlined in the MCG prospectus, MCIML has therefore replaced Macquarie Specialised Asset Management Limited as Manager of Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Limited (MCIL) and as responsible entity of Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Trust.

The Directors of the MCIML Board are as follows:

Gerry Moriarty - Chairman

Rod Keller – Independent

Malcolm Long – Independent

Nicholas Moore – Macquarie Bank

As previously announced, MCG proposes to appoint a further independent director to the boards of MCIL and MCIML shortly.
