Appointment of Alternate Director |
|
|
24 April 2003 Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Management Limited (MCIML), the manager of Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group (MCG), has appointed Scott Davies as an alternate director to Nicholas Moore on the MCIML board. Mr Davies is an Executive Director in the Infrastructure and Specialised Funds division of Macquarie Bank and CEO of MCG. He also sits on the board of Broadcast Australia Pty Limited, the 100% owned cornerstone asset of MCG. Mr Davies has spent 15 years in Corporate Finance in the United States, Australia and the UK, prior to which he practised as a commercial lawyer. His background has focussed on financing, strategic advice and mergers and acquisitions in the communications industry. The directors of MCIML are:
