Announcement of Distribution for Full Year Ending 30 June 2003 |

16 June 2003 Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group (MCG) is pleased to announce the confirmation of its 30 June 2003 final distribution.
No portion of the distribution will carry imputation credits. This brings total distributions for the full year till 30 June 2003 to 15.5 cents, slightly higher than the prospectus forecast of 15.4 cents. It is anticipated that this will carry a considerable tax deferred element however the components of the distribution will be confirmed following audit of the annual results.
