Correction to Appendix 3B regarding MCG Issued Capital |

|
15 September 2003 Macquarie Communications Infrastructure (MCG) wishes to correct an error in the Appendix 3B that was lodged with ASX on 15 August 2003. The Appendix 3B incorrectly stated that 151,049 stapled securities had been allotted under the Distribution and Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) on 12 August 2003 and applied for quotation of these securities. In fact only 150,929 stapled securities were allotted under the DRP. As a result of this announcement, ASX will arrange for 120 stapled securities to be unquoted. When these changes take effect the total quoted stapled securities of MCG will be 165,885,130. The Registry’s record of the total number of MCG stapled securities on issue does not require revision.
