MCG 2003 Annual General Meeting (AGM), Annual Report & Concise Financials

Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group (MCG) is comprised of two entities – an Australian trust, Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Trust (MCIT), and a company, Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Limited (MCIL).

These two entities are stapled together to form MCG.

We enclose:

1. The MCG 2003 annual report

2. Concise financial reports for MCIT and MCIL

3. Notices of meeting for MCIT and MCIL

4. Proxy form and reply paid envelope.

The formal AGM of MCG security holders will be held with details as follows:

Registration for the meeting will commence at 11.30am.

The meeting will provide an overview of MCG’s activities for the period ended 30 June 2003 as well as an update on recent developments. It will comprise a meeting of MCIT and the AGM of MCIL.

We encourage you to read the notice of meeting in full and attend the meeting as it will provide you with an opportunity to meet MCG directors and executive management and to ask questions regarding your investment.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but wish to vote at the MCIL and MCIT meetings, return the enclosed proxy form by 12 noon on Monday 20 October 2003 in accordance with the instructions provided on that form. If you are uncertain about what course of action you should take regarding any information contained in the notice of meeting you should consult your professional adviser.

We will be providing a live web cast of the MCG AGM on the MCG website at www.macquarie.com.au/mcig.

In addition to the MCG AGM, we will also be holding an investor briefing in Melbourne, as detailed below:

Light refreshments will be served at the conclusion of both the Sydney and Melbourne meetings.
