MCG AGM Results

MCG advises that at the annual general meeting of Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Limited and the general meeting of Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Trust held today, each of the resolutions in the Notices of Meeting dated 15 September 2003 were passed on a poll in accordance with relevant legal requirements.
