Amendments to the terms of the DRP

Dear MCG investor

Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group (MCG) would like to advise you of some minor amendments to the terms of the MCG Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP). The purpose of the amendments is to comply with recent New Zealand regulatory changes. The amendments are effective immediately, and are enclosed for your information.

The DRP terms and conditions were sent to existing investors when the DRP was introduced in May 2003, and to all subsequent investors at the time of investing.

If you have not already elected to participate in the DRP and would like to learn more, you can contact the MCG share registry, ASX Perpetual, on 1800 448 448 to receive a copy of the DRP form and terms and conditions.
