Change to the Board of Infrastructure Trust Of Australia Group

Macquarie Infrastructure Investment Management Limited (MIIML), the Manager of the Infrastructure Trust of Australia Group (the ITA Group), today announced a change to the board of the ITA Group.

Mr John Caldon has retired as Chairman of MIIML and has been replaced as Chairman by Mr Mark Johnson, an existing Board member. Mr Caldon will maintain an ongoing relationship with the ITA Group as a consultant to MIIML.
