Unitholders' meeting for Macquarie Infrastructure Trust (I) and Macquarie Infrastructure Trust (II)

Macquarie Infrastructure Investment Management Limited, as Manager of Macquarie Infrastructure Group, advises that at the above meetings today the following special resolutions , details of which are set out in the attached notices of meeting, were passed by the unitholders of each Macquarie Infrastructure Trust (I) and Macquarie Infrastructure Trust (II) in accordance with the requirements of their respective trust deeds and the Corporations Law.

Resolution 2 - Appointment of Macquarie Infrastructure Investment Management Limited as Responsible Entity

Resolution 3 - Trust Deed Amendments - Managed Investment Act Amendments

Resolution 4 - Trust Deed Amendments - Non Cash (in specie) Distributions and Stapling Amendments

As Resolution 2 was passed it was not necessary for the meeting to consider Resolution 6 - Winding up the trust.
