Macquarie Infrastructure Group wishes to advise of the successful completion of the retail component of its $1.625 billion Priority Entitlement Offer. The offer has closed fully subscribed.

The anticipated timetable for allotment and listing is set out below:

• Allotment of new Stapled Securities Wednesday 17 October
• Listing of new Stapled Securities Thursday 18 October.

Stapled security holders wishing to confirm their allocation can call 1800 301 122 at any time after 2.00pm on Wednesday, 17 October.
