Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) Distribution for the Period Ending 31 December 2001

Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) today announced the following in respect of its 31 December 2001 distribution.

The distribution will be partially franked and will carry an imputation credit of 0.56 cents (making a gross distribution of 5.00 cents). The distribution rate will be confirmed following sign off from the auditors. The gross distribution for the half-year is in line with the director’s forecasts from the end of last financial year.

Dividend & Distribution Reinvestment Plan

A dividend and distribution reinvestment plan is in operation for this distribution. No discount will apply. Notice in relation to election to participate in the plan must be lodged with the Share Registry at Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited by 31 December 2001.
