MIG Record Date for Entitlement Offer

Further to the announcement earlier today regarding the planned priority entitlement offer, MIG announces that the record date for determining entitlements will be Friday, 22 March 2002.

The non-institutional component of the entitlement offer will not extend to holders outside Australia and New Zealand. In addition holdings which result from post trading halt transactions of the kind specified in MIG's announcement of 18 March 2002 will not be entitled to participate.
