MIG Change in Director of Responsible Entity |

01 August 2002 Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) today announced that Mr Neville Head has retired as a director of Macquarie Infrastructure Investment Management Limited, the Responsible Entity for the Macquarie Infrastructure Trust (I) and Macquarie Infrastructure Trust (II). Mr Head has indicated that he will be significantly reducing his active business commitments. Mr Head will be replaced by Mr Tony Bancroft. Mr Bancroft is head of mergers and acquisitions in the Sydney office of Mallesons Stephen Jacques where he has been a partner for over 25 years. He has extensive commercial experience and holds Master of Law and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Sydney. Mr Mark Johnson, chairman of the Responsible Entity, said Mr Head had been a director for 6 years. During this time MIG's assets grew from $300 million to more than $7 billion and Mr Head has made a great contribution to MIG's growth. "We are pleased that someone of Tony Bancroft's calibre and experience is replacing Neville Head", he said.
