Distribution for the Period Ended 30 June 2002

Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) today announced the confirmation of its 30 June 2002 distribution.

Distribution: 4.59 cents per stapled security
Payment date: 14 August 2002

The distribution will be partially franked and will carry an imputation credit of 0.41 cents (making a gross distribution of 5.00c).

MIG also wishes to advise that the Distribution Reinvestment price for this distribution is $2.84.
