Distribution for the Period Ending 30 June 2003

Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) today announced the following in respect of its distribution for the six months to 30 June 2003.

The distribution will be partially franked and will carry an imputation credit of 0.6463 cents (making a gross distribution of 4.3963 cents). The distribution will be confirmed following review by the auditors. The June 2003 full year distribution of 7.50 cents is in line with the directors’ forecasts.

Dividend & Distribution Reinvestment Plan

A dividend and distribution reinvestment plan is in operation for this distribution.  Notice in relation to election to participate in the plan must be lodged with the Computershare Registry by 27 June 2003.
