Announcement of Board Change

Macquarie Infrastructure Investment Management Limited (MIML, the responsible entity that manages MIG’s two Australian trusts) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr John Roberts, a Macquarie Bank Executive Director.

Mr Roberts will replace Mr Anthony Kahn who will be taking long service leave from August 2003.

Mr Roberts was previously the European Head of Macquarie’s Investment Banking Group.

The change became effective on 30 June 2003.
