Announcement of Board Change

Macquarie European Infrastructure plc (MEIplc) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jim Craig, a Macquarie Bank Executive Director, to the Board of Directors.

Mr Craig will replace Mr John Roberts, who has relocated to Sydney to replace Mr Anthony Kahn as the head of Macquarie Bank’s Infrastructure and Specialised Funds Division. Mr Roberts has also replaced Mr Kahn on the Board of Macquarie Infrastructure Investment Management Limited (MIIML).

Mr Craig joined Macquarie Bank in 1994 and relocated to London in 2001 where he assumed responsibility for the Bank's European advisory business. In 2003, Mr Craig was appointed as the London head of the Bank’s Infrastructure and Specialised Funds Division. Prior to joining Macquarie Bank, Mr Craig was a lawyer with Blake Dawson Waldron.

The change became effective on 23 July 2003.
