Director’s Resignation

Tony Bancroft has resigned as Director of Macquarie Infrastructure Investment Management Limited in conjunction with his move from the legal firm, Mallesons Stephen Jaques to the investment bank, Goldman Sachs JBWere.

Details of his replacement will be announced shortly.

Michael Easson has assumed the role of Lead Independent Director following Mr Bancroft’s departure.

On behalf of the Macquarie Infrastructure Investment Management Limited Board, the Chairman Mark Johnson, said Mr Bancroft had made a valuable contribution to MIG over the past 18 months and wished him well in his new career.
