We advise that Mark Johnson has been appointed as an alternate director for Jim Craig on the Board of Macquarie European Infrastructure plc (“MEI”) for the duration of the MIG AGM. Mr Johnson has been appointed in order to allow him to chair the MEI AGM and Court meetings as all MEI directors are UK based and will not be attending the AGM.
