Sale of Yorkshire link.

Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) advises that, with the listing of Macquarie Infrastructure Company which occurred on 16 December 2004, the final condition precedent has been met in relation to the sale of Yorkshire Link to Macquarie Infrastructure Company.

Based on a completion date of 22 December 2004, the total sale price will be approximately ₤44.1 million (AUD$112 million) reflecting adjustment to the previously announced ₤43.3 million due to the later completion date.
