MIG DRP Price for December 2004 Distribution

Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) announced today that the reinvestment price for stapled securities to be issued through the Distribution and Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the December 2004 distribution is $3.467425.

The issue price for securities has been determined in accordance with the rules of the DRP, which for the December 2004 distribution incorporated a 2.5% discount to the average of the daily volume weighted average prices on each of the first 10 trading days following 31 December 2004.

Stapled securities are expected to be issued to participants in the DRP on or about 10 February 2005.
