407ETR UPDATE: Government Seeks Leave to Appeal Recent Ruling

Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) advises that the Ontario Government has sought leave to appeal a recent ruling of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice regarding the right to set toll rates.
