MIG Appointment Of Chief Financial Officer

Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) advises that Ms Mary Nicholson has been appointed as MIG’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ms Nicholson has been an integral member of the MIG team since December 2002 as MIG's finance manager where she has been responsible for all aspects of MIG's financial management.

Prior to joining Macquarie Ms Nicholson worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers' financial services audit practice in London and Sydney. Ms Nicholson holds a CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and an MA from Cambridge University.

Ms Nicholson replaces Mr Stephen Mentzines as CFO. Mr Mentzines, an Executive Director of Macquarie Bank, serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Global Infrastructure and Specialised Funds Division of the Macquarie Bank Group.
