M6 Toll Call Option Exercised

Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) advises that it has exercised the call option over the remaining 25% of Midland Expressway Limited (MEL) held by Autostrade SPA for a fixed price of £49.0million.

With effect from today MIG owns 100% of the issued equity of MEL. MEL is the operating company of the M6 Toll motorway in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
