MIG DRP Price for June 2005 Distribution

Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) announced today that the reinvestment price for stapled securities to be issued through the Distribution and Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the June 2005 distribution is $4.091038.

The issue price for securities has been determined in accordance with the rules of the DRP, which for the June 2005 distribution is calculated as the simple average of the daily volume weighted average prices on each of the first 10 trading days following 30 June 2005.

Stapled securities are expected to be issued to participants in the DRP on or about 12 August 2005.
