OTIG Consortium Confirmed as Preferred Party to Evaluate Potential Road Projects in Oregon |

20 October 2005 Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) notes that the Oregon Transportation Commission today confirmed the selection of the Oregon Transportation Improvement Group (OTIG)1 as the preferred party for the provision of pre-development services to the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for three potential road projects. The precise terms of the pre-development services will be subject to negotiation but will involve MIG participating in project feasibility evaluations. The evaluation process for the projects is expected to continue throughout 2006. Mr Stephen Allen, Chief Executive Officer of MIG said, "OTIG is delighted to have been selected to work with ODOT in the early stage development of projects that will provide much needed congestion relief to the Oregon road network. We look forward to working with ODOT over the next 18 months to fully scope the projects. Projects include:
