Westlink M7 - One month toll free period and trip and revenue reporting |

08 December 2005 Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) advises that Westlink M7 will be toll free from opening on 16 December 2005 to midnight 15 January 2005. Westlink M7 is a 40 km motorway in western Sydney. It will link the M2 at Baulkham Hills, the M4 at Eastern Creek and the M5 at Prestons, and bypass 48 sets of traffic lights. MIG holds a 40% interest in Westlink M7. Monthly Trip and Revenue Reporting Westlink M7 is Australia’s first distance based toll road, with the toll capped after 20 kilometres. MIG will report trip and revenue information for the Westlink M7 as part of its monthly traffic release. After completion of the one month toll free period the following information on Westlink M7 will be provided each month:
