MQ Portfolio Management Limited (“MPML”) is the Responsible Entity of the Macquarie Atlas Series Trust pursuant to a Product Disclosure Statement dated 13 April 2006.
An investment in the Macquarie Atlas Series Trust (Series 3 July 2006 Units) offers a 130% exposure to any increase in the S&P/ASX200 from the period August 2006 to December 2013. The start level has been set at 4,947.3364. The trust also provides access to returns derived from the Reference Basket of 80 Securities.
The Initial Price for each Security is determined as the arithmetic average of the Volume Weighted Average Price for each of the 5 Trading Days up to and including the Start Date (18 August 2006). The Initial Knockout Price for each Security is determined as 55% of the Initial Price.
MPML advises the Initial Price and Knockout Price for each of the Securities in the Reference Basket is as follows:
