Current standard variable interest rate Payable monthly in arrears 10.15% p.a.
Indicative fixed interest rate Payable annually in advance 8.95% p.a.
Macquarie Property Access
Current standard variable interest rate 10.70% p.a.
Fixed rates are available on request for 1 or 3 year terms. You can also elect a fixed rate payable monthly in advance or arrears.
