By investing into Alpha POWER Shares through the Macquarie 100% Investment Loan, you can gain exposure to an actively managed Aegis or Lonsec model portfolio with no upfront capital required and 100% capital protection at maturity.

Please note that only interest rate options 1 and 2 outlined on page 3 of the Macquarie 100% Investment Loan brochure are available for this offer. Please ensure the corresponding interest rate option is ticked in Section 3 of the Macquarie 100% Investment Loan Application for Finance.

Pay interest monthly in arrears		 9.45% p.a.
2 Fixed until June 2010 - interest payable annually in advance
Pay interest monthly in arrears until June 2009, and then annually in advance until June 2010		 8.70% p.a.

^All interest rates are indicative and subject to variation as dictated by changes in interest rate markets. A fixed interest rate application will receive the rate determined by Macquarie on the day the loan is drawn and Macquarie will not notify the investor before setting the final fixed interest rate. The variable interest rate may be changed provided Macquarie notifies borrowers 5 business days prior to the date on which the new interest rate takes effect.

Alpha POWER Shares is an open ended offer with new investments available each month.

For all November 2008 investments, applications must be received by 5pm (AEST), 24 November 2008.

Step 2 Download and read the Alpha Customised Portfolio Service Product Disclosure Statement dated 3 March 2008 and complete the application form.
Step 3 Download the Macquarie 100% Investment Loan brochure (pdf 1.9Mb) and complete the application form.
