How to apply for a Macquarie 100% Investment Loan

Apply in 3 steps
  1. Download and read the Macquarie 100% Investment Loan brochure (pdf 1.9Mb).
  1. Complete and sign:
    • The Application for Finance. Please refer to the checklist on page 40 to ensure you complete all required sections.
    • The investment application form in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for your selected investment.
    • Any supporting documentation required.
  1. Return the above documents to your financial adviser or directly to Macquarie Investment Lending:

What happens next?
  • Your application will be processed within 48 hours, provided all relevant sections have been completed and signed and all supporting documentation has been received. Please refer to the checklist on page 40 of the 100% Investment Loan brochure to ensure you complete all required sections.
  • You will receive written confirmation once your loan has been approved, and your loan will commence from the time of approval.
  • We will also send you a Macquarie Access Code (MAC) and password so you can log on to GearUp, our secure client service website, where you can safely and easily monitor all aspects of your loan and portfolio information at any time.
