Paying interest
You can choose from any of the following interest rate types:

| Variable | Monthly in arrears |
| Fixed for 12 months | Annually in advance or monthly in arrears |
| Fixed for the term | Annually in advance |
Interest payments can be made via direct debit only.
Keeping you informed
You will receive statements twice a year which detail your loan balance, a summary of your portfolio and an itemised record of your transactions, including interest.
You will also have access to view your loan details 24/7 via our secure client service website, GearUp.
