SMSF solutions
Make the most of your Super
More than ever, Australians are realising the benefits for having a more 'hands on' approach to managing their retirement funds. Each month, over 2,500 new Self Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) are established, accounting for around 28% of all money invested in superannuation today*.
Legislation passed in September 2007 allows borrowing under certain instalment warrant arrangements. This means that SMSFs can now have exposure to investments they wouldn't otherwise have had access to.
