How to apply for Macquarie CPF Instalment Receipts

Apply in 3 steps

Download and read:
- The Macquarie CPF Instalment Receipts Combined Product Disclosure Statement and Financial Services Guide dated 18 April 2007, and Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement dated 14 May 2008 (pdf 621 Kb).
- The Financial Services Guide for Bond Street Custodians Limited dated 19 April 2007 (pdf 61Kb).
- The Relevant Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement for the current Series of CPF Instalment Receipts.
- The Product Disclosure Statement for your selected underlying investment.

Complete and sign:
- The Macquarie CPF Instalment Receipts Application Form, ensuring you insert the name of the Series (underlying investment) you are applying for in Section 4.
- Any supporting documentation required.

Return the above documents, plus your Application Amount (if you are paying the Application Amount by cheque), to your financial adviser or directly to Macquarie Investment Lending:

What happens next?

Your application will be processed within 48 hours provided all relevant sections have been completed and signed and all supporting documentation has been received.

Once your application has been approved, and as soon as practicable after you have been registered as the Holder a CPF Instalment Receipt, Macquarie will send you a confirmation letter confirming all relevant details regarding your investment.
